Don't buy new! Shop like new for less!




By now I am sure all of you know what Sweet Pea is all about, great prices on clothes, equipment and furniture that's in great shape! What about your friends and families? What about those neighbors?   4. My husbands Grandmother makes all her grandchildren (67 and counting) and great grandchildren a christmas ornament. She has been doing this for over 30 years, so we love this tradition!

  5. Every year I buy a new Christmas story book and we read it every Christmas eve before the kids go to bed.

  6. Our tradition is making our own Christmas cards. This year we will be taking a photo of mom (me) getting caught by our son (Nathan) kissing Santa Clause (dad). Our son will have a horrified look on his face. LOL! It should be an amusing card this year. ;oD

  8. when the kids were little we had a fun family evening, special treats with don reading the christmas story. now with the grandkids, he finds a special book and reads it to them and we have a big party. lots of fun.

  9. every year we go as a family and each pick out one new ornament. it's fun to have a tree filled with you unique favorites that represent each one of us. my kids love this!

  10. I like driving out to West Valley and driving through the cemetery to see the luminaries they light up all over and then going for scones and hot chocolate after. YUMMO!

  11. I love that after being married we're able to have our own tradition and carry on the tradition of each of our families. I always look forward to Christmas now because we get to spend the morning with my family doing the tradition we had done since we were kids, we started our own in the afternoon, & spend the evening with my husbands family as well as doing their tradition on Christmas Eve.

  14. We have new homemade ornaments every year from my Mother in law. It is so fun to look back and see how my kids have grown- they each hold a photo of their precious faces. It is so fun to decorate the tree every year and watch it fill up with the ornaments year after year :)
